Chondromyxoid Fibroma of Tibia

Abstract
|
|
|
The chondromyxoid fibroma is the least frequent benign tumor originating from cartilage. Since it was first described by Jaffe and Lichtenstein in 1948, many scholars have studied and published about this subject. The number of publications is uncertain but is estimated between 100 and 250.
We have experienced a rare case of chondromyxoid fibroma developed in the right proximal tibia at Dong San Medical Center and got an excellent result by curettage and frees cancellous bone graft.
